All Products Are Made-To-Order
MBA-SLC’s products are made-to-order. That means they are manufactured not before, but after an order is made for their delivery to the showroom. They come wrapped in plastic and are of comparable quality to what you would find in any other retail store for twice the cost.
To clarify: The order is made on the supply side. That means you are not required to wait for your mattress to be produced before you receive it. Stock is constantly available in the storage area behind the showroom, ready for same-day and next-day delivery for a $70 flat fee.

All mattresses MBA-SLC sells are from the Sherwood line of Lunessence brand products. You are free to check MBA-SLC pricing against those prices listed by Lunessence on their own website.
Refund/Return Policy
To keep overhead low and continue providing outstanding beds to you at excellent prices, MBA-SLC does not offer warranties, refunds, or return policies. This has nothing to do with the manufacturer’s warranties which may apply to the items of your choice after purchase.
Non-Disclosure Agreement

Delivery Policy
There is a $70 flat fee for delivery. All lease-to-own payment plan options cover the delivery charge when it is less than 30% of the total purchase.
Referral Program
MBA-SLC has a referral program. When someone makes a purchase of $300 or more and refers you by name, once MBA-SLC identifies your email and/or phone number, you will receive a $25 payment through Zelle. You will need to have Zelle activated on your online banking account to take advantage of the referral program.
Credit Card Surcharge
A 3% credit card surcharge applies only to credit card purchases and does not apply to debit card purchases, cash payments, or other non-credit-card payment methods.
